Diet for fast weight lose

Day1
 Breakfast
 1 slice brown bread
 1 cup black tea (without sugar and milk)
  Half grapefruit

Lunch
  2 ounce fish
  1 cup black tea
  1 slice brown bread

Dinner
  3 ounce chicken
  Half banana
  1small apple
  1 cup vanilla ice cream
  1 cup salad leaves

Day 2
Breakfast

1 boil egg
1 slice brown bread
Half banana

Lunch

1 hard boil egg
2 ounce fish
2 tuc biscuits

Dinner
1 cup salad leaves
1cup carrots boil
Half banana
3 ounce chicken
1 cup vanilla ice cream

Day 3

Breakfast
1 small apple
1 slice brown bread

Lunch

1 fry egg
1 slice brown bread

Dinner

Half banana
1 cup fish
1 vanilla  ice cream


This 3 day diet helps you to lose 3 kg

If you start this diet on monday nd its ends on Wednesday

If you want to do again then start it from next monday
